Chia puding dióolajjal
- 3 evőkanál chia mag
- 2,5 dl tej
- 2 evőkanál GastrOlaj hidegen sajtolt dióolaj (ide kattints érte)
- méz ízlés szerint (vagy más édesítőszer, ha szeretnéd)
- gyümölcsök ízlés szerint (málna, eper – lehet fagyasztott vagy friss)
- darabolt dió
A tejjel keverd össze a chia magot és várj körülbelül 1 órát. Ha előző nap van időd, akkor előző este is összekeverheted és reggel csak ki kell venned a hűtőből.
Tálalás előtt ezt a mennyiséget öntsd 2 pohárba, keverd bele a hidegen sajtolt dióolajat és a mézet, majd tegyél rá gyümölcsöket és darabolt diót.
