Biztosan Te is érzed néha úgy, hogy valami különlegeset ennél, valami olyat, amivel nem kell sokat dolgozni, nem kell órákig állni a konyhában, de mégsem a megszokott szendvicskrém vagy felvágott.
Én is így voltam a múltkor és gondoltam kipróbálok egy korábban látott receptet, ami nem volt más mint egy tükörtojás csak éppen az elkészítési módja volt igazán meglepő (legalábbis számomra, ha Te már ismerted, akkor nem mondtam nagy újdonságot).

Az ötlet egyszerűen briliáns. Nem a megszokott, serpenyőben sült tükörtojás, hanem egy olyan változat, melyet különlegessé tehetsz. Variálhatod az olajok fajtáját, illetve azt is Te választod meg, hogy egy-egy tojás milyen ízvilággal, fűszerrel készüljön.
