10 dkg vaj (vagy margarin)
18 dkg cukor
1 dl citromlé
1 kk citromhéj
2 tojás
2 ek juharszirup
Kockázd fel a vajat és a többi hozzávalóval együtt tedd egy lábosba. Vízgőz felett kevergesd. Körülbelül 20-25 perc alatt készül el, addig folyamatosan kevergetni kell. Ha már egy kicsit tapad a kanálra, akkor lesz jó.
Tedd egy tiszta, szárazd üvegbe és még melegen zárd le. Ha kihűlt, akkor tedd be a hűtőbe 1-2 napra. Sokáig eláll, úgyhogy nyugodtan elkészítheted az ajándékozás előtt 1-2 héttel.
Ha a megajándékozott nem ismerné, akkor meséld el neki, hogy ez a citromkrém nagyon finom reggeli mellé, akár pirítóshoz, akár teasüteményhez.
