Elérkeztünk a 12. naphoz a mostani turmix kihívásban. Ha végig csináltad az előző napokat, akkor most már szereztél egy kis tapasztalatot a turmixok világából, már kezded érezni, hogy melyikek állnak közel hozzád.
A mostani is egy különleges, számomra az egyik nagy kedvenc!
Ananászos petrezselymes zöld turmix
A turmixhoz az alábbiakra lesz szükséged:
½ kígyóuborka (ne hámozd meg)
1/2 csokor petrezselyem
1 banán
1 csésze friss ananász kockázva
1 narancs
1 csésze (bébi) spenót
1 evőkanál hidegen sajtolt dióolaj
2-3 dl víz
Nekem ezekből a mennyiségekből egy kicsit több turmix lett, mint a korábbiakban, de ez nem baj, mert elosztottam az egész nap folyamán. Te csinálhatod úgy, hogy csupán a felét készíted el, de úgyis, ahogy én.
Nagyon sok értékes vitamint tartalmaznak ezek az összetevők, úgyhogy érdemes mindenképpen elkészíteni! 🙂
