A mogyoróolaj a törökmogyoró terméséből hideg sajtolással készül, jellegzetes, intenzív mogyoróaromájú olaj. Kutatások bizonyítják, hogy a diófélék minden jó tulajdonsága megtalálható benne.
A mogyorónak magas az olajtartalma, 78 %-a telítetlen zsírsav (forrás: webbeteg.hu).
Elsősorban szószokhoz, salátákhoz, halakhoz, illetve zöldségfélékhez ajánlott. Nem javasolt azonban olyan ételekhez, melyek sütést is igényelnek, mivel nem szabad túlságosan felhevíteni.
A mogyoróolaj használatával ételeink zamatosak lesznek. Kiválóan párosítható például túrós, vagy akár joghurtos ételekhez is.
A mogyoróolajat használhatjuk vaj helyett akkor, ha péksüteményeket, párolt zöldségeket (például spárgát), vagy akár tésztából készült ételeket készítünk.
A szépségiparban is ismert alapanyag a mogyoróolaj, hiszen remekül kenhető és szinte mindenféle bőrtípust táplál. Segít fenntartani bőrünk rugalmasságát, valamint feszesebbé és erősebbé teszi azt. Kitűnő masszázsolaj, hatására a bőr puhává és rugalmassá válik.
Aromaterápiát kedvelők körében is ismert és alkalmazott olaj.
Fogyasztási javaslat: 1 evőkanál naponta (gyerekek esetén 1 kávéskanál javasolt), ha valaki érzékeny a mogyoróféleségekre, akkor fokozott elővigyázatossággal használja
Ha kúraszerűen alkalmazzuk, akkor a minimális időtartam 90 nap legyen!

A hajhullás és a hajproblémák esetén jótékony hatású lehet az úgynevezett olajrágás, melyhez hidegen sajtolt tökmagolajunkat ajánlom Önnek. Az olajrágás lényege, hogy a szájban olajat kell zubogtatni reggel, felkelés után (úgy, hogy előtte még egy korty vizet sem fogyaszt).
