Tökmagolaj a konyhában
Egy kicsit kísérletezgettem a tökmagolajjal. Az eredmény szerintem – és a családom szerint is – remek lett 🙂
Szóval most leírom a tökmagolajban pácolt csirkemell elkészítési módját – vagyis ahogy én készítettem.
Hozzávalók :
- 500 g csirkemell
- majoránna
- bors
- rozmaring
- fokhagyma
- só
4-5 kanál tökmagolaj (ízlés szerint hidegen vagy melegen sajtolt változat)
A csirkemellet vékony szeletekre vágtam, befűszereztem, majd ráöntöttem a tökmagolajat (én a hidegen sajtolt változatot használtam). Jól összekevertem, légmentesen lezártam és jó pár órára hűtőbe tettem. Aki előrelátóbb az elkészítheti a pácot már előző este, így még jobban átjárja a páclé a húst.
Egy kivajazott tálba fektettem a húsokat, ráöntöttem a páclét is (ha esetleg kevésnek találod az olajat, akkor lehet most még pótolni) és fóliával lefedve betettem a sütőbe. Így pároltam kb. 3/4 óráig, majd mikor megpuhult, levettem a fóliát és kicsit megpirítottam – ügyelve arra, hogy lé még maradjon alatta.
A sütési idő, légkeveréses sütőben, 180 fokon 1 óra.
Köretként rizs került mellé.
