Fűszeres olajos magvak
600 g olajos mag
(pl. mogyoró, mandula, kesudió)
1 ek kakukkfű
1 ek rozmaring
1 tojásfehérje
1 ek só
fél kk olaj
A tojásfehérjét verd fel keményre, majd ha kész, akkor szórd bele a kakukkfüvet, a rozmaringot és a sót. Ezután add hozzá az olajos magvakat.
Sütőpapírra helyezd az összekevert masszát, de előtte olajspray-vel fújd be.
220 fokon körülbelül 10-15 percig süsd és hagyd kihűlni fogyasztás előtt. Ínyencek tehetnek hozzá chilipaprikát is.
